Teaching Experience
I began working in the field of early childhood education in 1994. My experience includes teaching Pre-K through second grade in the following settings: public and private elementary schools, Head Start, college & university laboratory schools, and private preschools. I also spent five years teaching adults in the Cincinnati area and loved that dynamic as well.
Teaching Style
I am an energetic teacher of young children! I love creating fun and engaging lessons for my students. My work with students revolves around methods that are play-based, emergent, and relevant in the lives of children. One of my teaching superpowers is hosting meaningful & empowering lessons that meet the needs of learners in my classroom.
